Refund Policy
Viroosh Sports Complex

Effective Date: 03rd May 2025 

At Viroosh Sports Complex, we strive to provide excellent service and transparent policies.  This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services and  products paid through our official payment gateway, PayHere (Pvt) Ltd. 

    1. General Terms 

∙ All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person at the reception. ∙ Refunds will be considered in accordance with the categories listed below and will be  issued via the original payment method through PayHere. 

∙ A processing fee may be deducted based on the payment gateway’s terms and transaction  fees. 

    1. Memberships 

∙ Non-Refundable: Membership payments (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non refundable once activated. 

∙ Exceptional Circumstances: Partial refunds may be considered in cases of medical  emergencies, relocation, or other valid reasons (supporting documentation required).  Management reserves the right to approve or deny such requests. 

    1. Facility Bookings (Courts, Gyms, Grounds) 

∙ 75% Refund: For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. ∙ 50% Refund: For cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time. ∙ No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time.

    1. Events, Tournaments, and Special Activities 

∙ 75% Refund: For cancellations made 5 days or more in advance. 

∙ No Refund: For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event, unless due to a  medical emergency (must be documented). 

    1. Merchandise & Equipment 

∙ Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. ∙ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. ∙ No refunds for used, damaged, or clearance items unless proven to be defective. 

    1. Refund Processing 

∙ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through PayHere,  directly to the original payment method. 

∙ Refund duration may vary depending on your bank or financial institution. ∙ Transaction fees charged by PayHere or banks may be deducted where applicable.
