Viroosh Sports Complex

Welcome to Viroosh Sports Complex. By using our services, making bookings, or purchasing  memberships via our website or at the premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 

1. 1. General Terms 

∙ All users must provide accurate and complete information during registrations or  bookings. 

∙ Viroosh Sports Complex reserves the right to deny access to facilities or services if terms  are violated or if behavior endangers others. 

∙ Facilities must be used responsibly and in accordance with posted guidelines. 

1. 2. Booking & Membership 

∙ All facility bookings, training programs, or memberships must be paid for in full at the  time of registration unless otherwise stated. 

∙ Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent. 

∙ Users must adhere to the scheduled timings and facility rules. 

1. 3. Payments 

∙ All payments for bookings, memberships, training, and events are processed securely via  PayHere (Pvt) Ltd, our official online payment gateway. 

∙ PayHere supports multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers,  and mobile payments.

∙ By making a payment, you agree to PayHere’s terms of service and privacy policy  (https://www.payhere.lk/privacy). 

1. 4. Cancellations & Refunds 

∙ Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it  separately or request a copy at the front desk or via our website. 

∙ Refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method via  PayHere and may take 7–10 business days. 

1. 5. User Conduct 

∙ Users must respect staff, other members, and equipment. 

∙ Damages caused to property or equipment by misuse will be charged to the responsible  party. 

∙ Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substance use on the premises is strictly prohibited. 

1. 6. Liability 

∙ Viroosh Sports Complex is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or property  damage occurring on the premises unless due to proven negligence. 

∙ Participation in sports and physical activities is at your own risk. We recommend  consulting with a physician before engaging in strenuous activities. 

1. 7. Privacy 

∙ Your personal and payment information is collected and handled according to our  Privacy Policy. 

∙ We do not store your payment details. All transactions are securely processed by  PayHere.

1. 8. Changes to Terms 

∙ Viroosh Sports Complex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and  Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on our official  platforms. 

1. 9. Governing Law 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic  Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
